Ende dieser Woche bekam ich wieder eine ganze Reihe interessanter Fotos fuer meine Obersalzberg-Seiten zugeschickt. Dabei sind mehrere Bilder vom Obersalzberg-Koksbunker und vom Obersalzberg-Gutshof. Leider fehlen mir über diese beiden Objekte nähere Informationen. Wer weiss darüber mehr und moechte hier posten?

Bormann built the experimental farm Gutshof as a model for "the perfect farm" to show other farmers in Germany. Bormann had cattle, horses etc. at gutshof. It was not a big succes.It survived the 1945 bombings and are now a golfcenter and resturant.

the koksbunker where built in 1940 and could hold 3500 tons coal.Trucks filled it with coal from openings in the top ceiling. It was set on fire in may 1945 and burned until october 1945. In the first garage there is a direct entrance to the "hinterreckstollen". the hinterreckstollen is 1162 meter long, and was built in 1943-45.
